At Botanic Lab your online purchase is delivered chilled directly to your home, office or designated address in our specially designed, insulated boxes. We want you to receive our products in the freshest possible condition. The cost of delivery is included in the prices on our website (with the exception of Saturday delivery).
Important Christmas and New Year Delivery Information:
- 1st Dec - Jan 02, you can buy online at any time. Only delivery dates are affected.
- Last online purchases placed pre 1pm on the 20th Dec, will be delivered up until the 24th of Dec.
- Online purchases placed after 1pm on the 20th Dec, will be delivered from the 28th of Dec.
- No deliveries between the 24th - 26th Dec.
- No deliveries between the 31st Dec - 02 Jan.
- 03 Jan all deliveries resume as usual.
When you place your order you will be asked to select an available delivery date. We currently offer the following delivery days:
- Tuesday morning between 9.00am and 5.00pm
- Wednesday morning between 9.00am and 5.00pm
- Thursday morning between 9.00am and 5.00pm
- Friday morning between 9.00am and 5.00pm
For customers purchasing our Cleanse Programs, we recommend receiving your delivery 2-3 days BEFORE the intended start date of your cleanse. This will ensure that you are able to commence at your desired time.
When your order is completed you will be sent a confirmation with the delivery date and a link to our delivery Terms and Conditions. Please read these thoroughly.
Orders will be delivered to your address as stated at check-out when you make your purchase. All deliveries will need to be signed for. It is not possible to specify an exact delivery time within these time slots. Although we endeavour to complete all deliveries within the designated time slots, we do not guarantee the delivery time or compensate the customer for deliveries outside of these time slots. If you have specific delivery instructions these should be included with your order and we will endeavour to undertake them. It is not acceptable to provide a telephone number for delivery, as it will not always be possible for the delivery person to call a telephone. Orders will be delivered chilled and must be refrigerated straight away. Products should not be left unrefrigerated in the box. All orders must be checked on receipt and any errors or omissions must be reported BY EMAIL to Botanic Lab at email@example.com within 3 hours of receipt of order. Any issues reported after the time period will not be accepted and no action will be taken to amend the delivery contents.
We endeavour to provide a delivery service to the whole of the UK but there may be some exceptions on a case-by-case basis. When you have placed your order we will inform you if there are any additional charges or timing limitations associated with your selected postcode. If you wish to purchase multiple products with different delivery dates or locations, these orders must be placed and paid for individually. Please see Terms and Conditions for full details of our terms and conditions of purchase and delivery.
