At Botanic Lab your online purchase is delivered directly to your home, office or designated address within 2-3 working days.

    When your order is completed you will be sent a confirmation a link to our delivery Terms and Conditions. Please read these thoroughly.

    Orders will be delivered to your address as stated at check-out when you make your purchase. It is not possible to specify an exact delivery time. If you have specific delivery instructions these should be included with your order and we will endeavour to undertake them. It is not acceptable to provide a telephone number for delivery, as it will not always be possible for the delivery person to call a telephone. All orders must be checked on receipt and any errors or omissions must be reported BY EMAIL to Botanic Lab at mydelivery@southwestbrands.co within 3 hours of receipt of order. Any issues reported after the time period will not be accepted and no action will be taken to amend the delivery contents.

    Important Christmas and New Year Delivery Information:

    • 1st  Dec - Jan 02, you can buy online at any time. Only delivery dates are affected.
    • Last online purchases placed pre 1pm on the 20th Dec, will be delivered up until the 24th of Dec.
    • Online purchases placed after 1pm on the 20th Dec, will be delivered from the 28th of Dec.
    • No deliveries between the 24th - 26th Dec.
    • No deliveries between the 31st Dec - 02 Jan.
    • 03 Jan all deliveries resume as usual.
