How does the Cleanse Program work?

You are able to select a 1 or 3 day cleanse program. For a 3-day program you can commence the Cleanse on the day you receive the products or the day after. The Cleanse Program is designed to create the most efficient environment for your body to replenish and repair. Read more about the Cleanse Program.

Can I eat whilst I am using a Botanic Lab juice program?

Botanic Lab products are best consumed as part of a well-balanced and healthy diet. Our Cleanse Program is built around a period of digestive rest but does still allow for light eating per the instructions included with the Cleanse. All other programs and boxes should be enjoyed as part of a well-balanced diet. Where appropriate, guidance is included with the program regarding consumption.

What is the recommended daily intake of ISOTONIC?

ISOTONIC is a drink to be enjoyed at any time of the day. It is naturally rehydrating and isotonic and is therefore especially effective when consumed before and after periods of effort. If your system is depleted and you need to refuel, this is the drink for you. The activated charcoal provides an added cleansing benefit. We sell our ISOTONIC1 in boxes of 8. Is a Juice Box a program and how do I consume it?

A Juice Box is a way of purchasing your favorite products from us in whatever combination you like and for you to enjoy however you please. It is not accompanied by any instructions or recommended order of consumption.

How long do the juices last?

The majority of our products will have a minimum of 7 days of shelf life when they reach you. All products are raw, fresh and should be refrigerated.

Can I mix and match the products in my Juice/Tonic Box?

It is possible to select the products that you would like in your Juice or Tonic Box. Please indicate your selection in the notes of your order or email info@botanic-lab.co.uk when you place your order to inform us of your selection. We do not substitute products in our Juice Programs unless in extenuating circumstances.

Do you deliver to the whole of the UK?

We endeavour to provide a reliable delivery service to the whole of the UK with our third party courier partners. However, there are some locations that may take us longer to reach, or incur an additional charge. If this is the case we will contact you after you have placed your order.

Is delivery cost included in the price?

The cost of weekday delivery is included with the prices stated on the website. Delivery on a Saturday incurs an additional delivery charge of £12.

Is it possible to change my delivery address or delivery date?

It is possible to change your delivery address date and instructions up to TWO FULL WORKING DAYS prior to your original delivery date by emailing info@botanic-lab.co.uk. Any changes requested after this deadline cannot be accommodated.

Can I cancel my order and receive a refund?

It is possible to cancel your order by emailing info@botanic-lab.co.uk. Your written confirmation of cancellation must be received at least TWO FULL WORKING DAYS prior to the date of delivery in order to receive a refund, otherwise you will be charged in full.
