Is it possible to change my delivery address or delivery date?

It is possible to change your delivery address date and instructions up to TWO FULL WORKING DAYS prior to your original delivery date by emailing mydelivery@southwestbrands.co. Any changes requested after this deadline cannot be accommodated.

Can I cancel my order and receive a refund?

It is possible to cancel your order by emailing mydelivery@southwestbrands.co. Your written confirmation of cancellation must be received at least TWO FULL WORKING DAYS prior to the date of delivery in order to receive a refund, otherwise, you will be charged in full. What happens if I subscribe to my order and want to cancel it?

Subscriptions can be cancelled by emailing mydelivery@southwestbrands.co.  The first two scheduled deliveries will be charged for and delivered, after which the subscription can be cancelled. All cancellations or changes to subscriptions must be made within two full working days of the next delivery or the delivery will be made and charged for.
