The opportunity
Join our small team of do-ers; working with the inspiring founder to help grow this innovative drinks business. We need someone who has a fine eye for detail, knows their way around excel, great at building and maintaining relationships and not afraid to put out any supply chain fires!
Outline of role
Ensuring stock control is efficiently monitored, including product shelf life and shortages
Placing ingredient and material orders and tracking shipments
Placing ingredient and material orders and tracking shipments
Assisting the Operations Manager in measuring Suppliers KPI’s are in line with agreed parameters. Ensuring that Botanic Lab are providing the best possible service to Customers
Aiding the Operations Manager in all third-party logistical elements related to suppliers and customers services
Working closely with the marketing team to ensure the smooth running of event and sampling deliveries

Acting as the first point of call for all E-commerce enquiries and owning our customer services process
Management and administration of all website orders via E-fulfilment
Assisting the Operations Manager in the ‘end to end’ production cycles across all SKUs and materials
Working as a link between the Finance, Sales, Marketing and Operations departments to to ensure a seamless alignment.
Assisting the Operations Manager in maintaining efficiency across all areas of the Operations department

Excellent communication skills
Good Microsoft Office skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work autonomously in a fast-changing environment.
A can-do attitude and want to make in impact in an SME.
(Ideally) at least a year’s experience in a similar industry and role
(Ideally) previous experience in a FMCG business but not essential
