It is advisable to seek medical advice before initiating a new nutritional program. Cleanse programs may not be suitable for every individual so please check with your GP before undertaking a program. Our products are not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women without medical supervision. If you are taking specific medication or have a medical condition please check with your doctor first.

We regret that we are unable to deliver to those who have allergies that result in anaphylactic shock, or diabetics who are insulin dependent. Our products are produced in a kitchen that contains nuts. By placing an order with Botanic Lab you are representing that you do not have a nut allergy and that Botanic Lab is not responsible for any reaction you may have to nuts or any other of our ingredients.
Botanic Lab products are made from raw ingredients. Separation is natural and products require shaking before opening. All products require refrigeration and must be consumed in line with the shelf life and instructions contained on the bottle - all products will have a minimum of seven days shelf life on delivery. The flavour, colour and texture of ingredients used in Botanic Lab products can vary according to country of origin, seasonality and variety. Therefore, the appearance of Botanic Lab products may vary and may not always be in line with the imagery contained in the website. Botanic Lab reserves the right to change the ingredients in the products produced in line with seasonality and availability of ingredients.
When placing an order you will have the option to check-out as a guest or to register and set up an account. You must be 18 years of age to set up an account or place an order with Botanic Lab. You will be asked to select a password. You are responsible for keeping this password secure and for all orders submitted using that password.
We recommend that you change your password regularly. If you suspect that someone else is using your account or knows your password you must notify us immediately and change your password. Please see Delivery for full details of the delivery service that we provide. We endeavour to provide a delivery service to the whole of the UK, but there may be some exceptions on a case-by-case basis. When you have placed your order we will inform you if there are any additional charges or timing limitations associated with your selected postcode and you will be given the option of a refund.
When completing your order you will be asked to select an available delivery date. When your order is completed you will be sent a confirmation with the delivery date and a link to our delivery terms and conditions. Our delivery time is between 8.00am and 1.00pm on the selected day of delivery. For selected London postcodes there is the option to request an evening delivery on your requested delivery date between 5.30pm and 10.00pm. It is not possible to specify an exact delivery time. Although we endeavour to complete all deliveries within the designated time slots, we do not guarantee the delivery time or compensate the customer for deliveries outside of these time slots.
Orders will be delivered to your address as stated at check-out when you make your purchase. All deliveries will need to be signed for. It is your responsibility to make suitable arrangements for the receipt of the delivery and provide appropriate instructions. If you request delivery to a work address you are responsible for informing us of a delivery point that is acceptable to your employer and for providing an alternative contact person who will be available in your absence. It is not acceptable to provide a telephone number for delivery as it will not always be possible for the delivery person to call a telephone. All orders must be checked on receipt and any errors or omissions must be reported BY EMAIL to Botanic Lab (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 3 hours of receipt of your order. Any issues reported after this time period will not be accepted and no action will be taken to amend the delivery contents. Changes to your delivery address or date must be notified to us by email no less than two full working days before your delivery date. We are not obliged to accommodate late changes to your delivery address or date. Once goods have been dispatched it is not possible to change the delivery address. If your order is stolen from the place that you have designated for delivery or damaged after it has been left there we are not responsible and will not provide a replacement or a refund.
Orders will be delivered chilled and must be refrigerated straight away. Products should not be left unrefrigerated in the box. We do not accept liability for any damaged or spoiled products left unrefrigerated after the order has be signed for. If we are unable to deliver to the address that you have given to us for any reason, you will be informed either by our selected courier or directly by Botanic Lab. If we cannot deliver to you through no fault of our own we reserve the right to charge you for that delivery in any event. If it is possible we will arrange an alternative delivery point with you and we reserve the right to charge you for the alternative arrangements. The price charged will depend on the cost to us and will be applied on a case-by-case basis. Where a customer wishes to purchase multiple products with different delivery dates or locations, these orders must be placed and paid for individually.
The option is provided when purchasing to subscribe to your order and save 10%. If this option is selected 10% will be deducted from your order. You will then be billed at weekly or monthly intervals (depending on the frequency selected) for the same amount and the same order. Your delivery day will be the same for each delivery (if delivery is selected for Thursday morning it will always be Thursday morning), but can be amended by emailing email@example.com with two working days notice. Your subscription can be cancelled at any time after your second scheduled delivery by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org . If your subscription is cancelled after only one order has been delivered you will still be charged for the second order. If your subscription is cancelled with less than two working days until the next delivery is scheduled you will be charged for the next scheduled delivery. You can make amendments to your subscription by emailing email@example.com with two working days notice, however, only amendments that do not change the value of the delivery will be permitted. Botanic Lab reserves the right to cancel a subscription at any time.
If you would like to request changes to the standard contents of a purchased juice box, juice program or juice package, these can be requested by leaving a description in the comments box at purchase or using the email address firstname.lastname@example.org. Amendments will only be considered when provided with two working days notice ahead of the delivery date. We cannot always accommodate these changes and will do so on a case-by-case basis depending on availability and timing and reserve the right to charge a £20 administration fee for order amendments. Botanic Lab reserves the right to alter the contents of juice programs and packages from time to time based on product availability.
All prices are shown inclusive of VAT where applicable. Our products use seasonal ingredients and as such we reserve the right to make price changes at any time. We aim for these to be as infrequent as possible. We also reserve the right to apply promotions to our products at any time. All orders placed prior to the introduction of a promotion will not be included within the promotion.
Only one debit/credit card can be accepted per booking. There are circumstances where we may refuse to accept an order. If the product is not available we will not accept an order. If there has been an error in pricing a product or group of products we will not accept an order. If we are not able to obtain card authorisation an order will not be accepted. If the customer does not meet the criteria outlined in the terms and conditions we will not accept an order. If the delivery address selected incurs additional delivery charges you will be informed of this by email and given the option to pay the associated charges or cancel the order.
Confirmations of an order will be sent by email.
It is not possible for us to offer refunds for cancellations made less than two full working days before the delivery date. Cancellations should be received in writing via email (from the person who placed the order). Cancellations received with two full days notice from the delivery date may incur a £20 administration charge at the discretion of Botanic Lab.
All offers are extended subject to availability. Botanic Lab has the right to withdraw an offer at any time or refuse to provide the offer to a customer for any reason.
Only one offer or discount code can be used per transaction. This includes partner offers and discounts. All discount codes must be used at the time of purchase and can not be applied retrospectively.
